Christmas 2008

We had a really nice Christmas this year!! The boys made out like Bandits- Santa brought them a Wii and lots of fun stuff to go with- He also brought them each a new gun. Then it was off to see Grandpa Steve and Grandma Carol. They bought the boys "Doodle bugs" or tote gotes is what they use to call them years ago- They have a lawn mover engine in them and are kinda like a cross between a motorcycle and a 3 wheeler. Later that afternoon we went to Grandpa and Grandma Douglas' for a steak dinner! Kyle got Rock band for the Wii and Kolt got a remote controlled Snowmobile-
Kolt with his youth Remington Express Shotgun
Erin & Kyle trying out Rock band Kyle with his a full size Rugar 22 Rifle- Camo his favorite color
Kolt & Kyle with their Doodle bugs!
They had a blast- It was really snowy so they would keep snow blowing a patch to ride then come in for a little bit so we could put their snow clothes in the dryer and then as soon as they were dry they were out riding again!!!
Thank you everyone for all of the nice gifts.

Thank Heaven's For Little Boys Ü

I am so thankful for my boys! They are so good to me- Kyle came right home from school today and did the driveway for me. He is such a hard worker and willing too! He does things for us without a fight and I am so happy he is a part of our family. He's kinda like a little man around the house!

Shawn had his family Christmas party this weekend. We had a nice dinner, exchanged gifts and the kids played and then to finish it off they all got to take turns hitting a pinata.

Shawn Was Not Too Happy

Shawn was not too happy when he came home from work today and found this!! Kyle in my new Christmas Apron. His first words out of his mouth were
"What are you doing with my BOY?" I am soooo glad the boys like to help me make treats. I LOVE to bake and did not get any girls so I will take what I can get. Thanks for the chocolate chip cookies Kyle-
They taste great Ü

Bar J Wranglers Christmas Concert

We went to the Bar J Wranglers Christmas Concert tonight. We had lots of fun- We always see them when we go to Jackson Hole in the summer- This time it was fun because they did their Christmas music. It was a fun family night!! Some of the songs were pretty touching- reminded me alot of my mom and grandpa White- Kyle and I cried and cried. This is a good time to be thankful for our family and the times we get to spend with them for "some" those days have been cut short- Merry Christmas.

Christmas Tree & Decor

And the Stockings were hung
from the chimney with care!

How Bout' Them Cowboys!!

Photo
We Just got back from the National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas- We had soooo much fun- The boys did great too- I seen so many people I knew. It's funny when you go out of town and actually see people that live here in town that you never see!! I also seen several people that I work with. We were able to go and do more stuff now that the boys are getting older- Our schedule was pretty much up at 7 A.M. breakfast, Shopping ( They have 3 different Expo's that go on during the rodeo-Cowboy Christmas, Country Christmas and The Cowboy Market place) They usually take almost all day to go thru. They have tons of vender's with neat stuff that you can't get here in town- After shopping we would go to dinner- Watch the Rodeo and then a fun activity after the Rodeo- Stop for a Ice cream- get to bed about midnight and start all over again! It was AWESOME!! I can't wait til Saturday the final round to see where our UTAH Cowboys end up-
