Kolt takes the Triple Crown Men's Bowhunter hosted by Fat & Loud Archery Pocatello, Idaho. He also won the smoker round and picked up a little $$$. Special Thanks to Archery Invasion for the buckle sponsor and Fat & Loud Archery for all the work they put into these shoots.

The boys had a fun day at the 3D shoot hosted by Black Diamond Archery/ Dewey Christensen in Altamont, UT. Kyle took 1st place, Kolt took 2nd place, Kort was 4th and Shawn came in 10th

Another great weekend is in the books. Did a little fishing and a little shooting. We stayed at Strawberry and the drove over to the Bow Hunter Rendezvous 3D hosted by Timp Archers. Both boys shot really well. Kyle and Kolt's team made it to the final shoot off in the clay pigeons. Kyle came away with the win and Kolt took 2nd. Kyle was in the lead for the smoker round Saturday night as well. A portion of the shoot will air on Hooked On Utah Saturday. I think it might not be a bad idea for Kyle to sign up next semester for a public speaking class!!

 

Magic Mountain 3D shoot 2016

We did it! We found Bigfoot at the Magic Mountain 3D shoot just outside of Twin Falls Idaho. It was our first shoot riding a ski lift to the top of the mountain. I'm sure it was pretty entertaining when I almost fell trying to get off. Kyle took 3rd in the money shoot. Shawn and Kolt shot really well but found out after they shot they did not have a separate bow hunter money class. Kyle was sitting in 1st place in the smoker round when we left.
