Basketball

The boys have started basketball again this year. They are doing really well! It's fun to see how much they have improved from year to year. I could do without the 8 a.m. games on Saturday's What happened to all the 10 a.m. games??

Cub Scouts & Cookies

Today for Cub Scouts we made sugar cookies- The boys LOVED making a mess!! They did a really good job of it too. They had a ball decorating them for their family-

Archery Time

The boys started their Archery League again. They shoot every week for about 7 weeks! They are having so much fun- The people that run it really do alot for the boys and girls I should say. They have new challenges every week for them to try any where from shooting at balloons, Dollars, moving ping pong balls & 3D animals. Kyle has even been able to hit a golf tee. He is AMAZING!! It's fun to watch all the dad's get into it too and beef up the kids bows from week to week. Kolt is doing awesome-- He likes it because if they pop a balloon they get a handful of candy!! After the 7 weeks are done they have a pizza party and award ceremony- Both boys brought home trophy's last year!!

We are finally sheet rocking the leather shop out in the barn. Payday by payday we are getting there! It will be nice when it gets all done!

Friends Party!!!

Tonight we took Kolt and 8 of his buddies to Layton Fun Center for dinner and games. The boys had a blast running around and playing on all the different stuff there. It worked out really good- I did not have to do a thing or clean up the mess!!

We had our family over for cake and ice cream tonight. Tomorrow will be his friend party at Classic fun center in Layton. Wish me luck- We are taking 10 kids!!!

Trap Shoot'n New Years Day

The boys and Shawn got a new trap thrower so today we decided to giver a try! I was really quite surprised at how well the boys did- I have not been with them shooting for quite a while and I have to say I was really impressed! I decided to give it a try too- It's been years since I last shot at clay pigeons and I have to say I surprised myself too!! (I must be a natural-ha ha) We forgot the ear plugs so if you are wondering what that is hanging out of our ears.... it's toilet paper!!
