Kyle hard at work! Shawn taught Kyle how to harrow the pasture today. He did a really good job plus I think he thought it was pretty fun to drive the tractor- I was surprised at how well he could work the clutch.

The Heat is on....

Yippee---- The heat in the Leather shop is up and running! We are getting closer & closer to being done every weekend! Now when I go out to talk to Shawn I won't freeze my butt off Ü

Kolt's first Rooster! Great day hunting! See what happens when it's my turn to work Saturday. Shawn and the boys head up the the Hunting club- This year Kolt is old enough to shoot. They got 3 roosters and 3 hens. I am so thankful the boys have such a great dad that enjoys taking them and letting them do fun things with him. They had a great day together.

My Sista My Friend!

Today my sister and I went shopping in SLC for the day. We went to The wood connection, Quilted Bear and Gardner village & of course lunch at Archibalds. We had lots of fun. It was such a beautiful day to be out. She found the cutest purse that said "I feel a sin coming on!" Hmm..... I wonder if that will be her new church bag. ha-ha

Kyle floating around the lazy river We had Kyle's friend party tonight. He invited 15 boys to come... 13 made it. We played basketball-ate pizza- opened gifts and then went to the Clearfield aquatic swimming pool. The boys had a blast. I am really happy with the boys he hangs around with they are so polite and well mannered. I hope he keeps friends like these. whew..... glad that's over.

This morning for breakfast I made the kids Green Eggs and Ham! They were not quite sure what to think at first but then they dug in and loved them...

A day Full of Fun!

Kyle & Guy Eastman This weekend we took the boys down to the Sportsman's Expo and the over to a horse training show. We had lots of fun together. At the Sportsman's Expo Kyle wanted to watch his favorite hunter dude Guy Eastman- He watches his show on T.V. every week & he was doing a little speech/seminar thing there. The rest of us wanted to walk around so Kyle decide he would be okay to sit and watch him by himself. Shawn, Kolt and I walked all around and then went back and got Kyle. He was sooo impressed with Guy that he asked if we could go over to his booth and get his autograph... We walked over and asked and Guy was so awesome with Kyle- He gave him a free DVD that he signed and shook his hand then came around the counter for pictures. He was such a nice Guy and Kyle really looks up to him!

Is That Paint?

YES it is....Shawn started painting the leather shop. We should have the heater Monday. I feel it's coming along really good especially since we are just doing a little each payday Ü

Bulls Eye.....

The boys are doing so good in Archery- Kolt gets to shoot at balloons and collect candy and Kyle shoots and keeps score. Kyle is leading his group right now! It's amazing how well they do, I think they are natural born Outdoors men/Hunters. At the end of the season the League will have a party and do all kinds of fun but challenging games. Last night they said they are going to fold up $5.00 bill into the size of a quarter and see who can hit it. In the past Kyle has nailed it we'll see how he does at a longer distance.

Kyle turns 12 today!! We are going to dinner then up to watch him shoot his Archery League. Tomorrow is his family party with cake & ice cream and then next week is is friend party. He wants to take 15 boys swimming and for pizza. WOW 3 full days of celebration- Lucky boy Ü

Just a Doodle Bugg'n

Sunday afternoon the kids rode and Shawn and I walked down to the fairgrounds so the kids could ride their Doodle bugs. They had a blast- We made up several different relays for them to do. It was so fun to watch them ride. Good thing we got out when we did cuz it's to darn snowy now... I guess it can't be sunny everyday Ü
