Kyle made Shawn a new set of 452X strings for his bow fishing bow. They turned out really cool. Too bad the rock chuck on the way to the pond was too tempting. Took his only arrow out of the game!!!

So proud of this boy! It was such a blessing to even be invited to the OPA hosted by Levi Morgan in Pennsylvania. Being able to shoot amongst the best archers in the world is a dream come true for Kyle. The weather conditions were crazy! The pressure I'm sure was intense. He was able to finish in the top 10!!!!! This is not something you expect to see when you pull into your driveway!! Kyle is out on our roof practicing his angle shots. He's got Kolt down below retrieving his arrows. Getting in all the practice he can before he heads to Levi Morgan's OPA shoot in Pennsylvania!!

1st trip to Redding, CA for the Western Trail Classic is in the books. Kyle made it to two shoot off's. He finished in 16th place overall and 10th in the team shoot. Now it's time to get ready for the OPA in Pennsylvania!!!! Kolt also had a good weekend. He is sitting in 2nd place overall in the men's bowhunter division after the 2nd leg of the Triple Crown Qualifier in Pocatello, ID
